Role Summary

Lead daily airport operations, ensuring seamless service delivery at Swissport UK&I. This leadership role involves motivating teams, managing operational performance, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

1. Champion Safety: Enforce health and safety guidelines and foster a safety-first culture.
2. Resource Optimization: Plan manpower and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Financial Management: Manage P&L, control costs, and maximize profitability.
4. Leadership and Development: Build a positive work environment, lead change initiatives, and develop future leaders.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, ensure quality standards, and compliance with procedures.
6. Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for business development and enhance customer relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading large teams with P&L responsibility, preferably in aviation or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
