Role Summary
Lead daily airport operations, ensuring seamless service delivery at Swissport UK&I. This leadership role involves motivating teams, managing operational performance, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Champion Safety: Enforce health and safety guidelines and foster a safety-first culture.
- Resource Optimization: Plan manpower and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage P&L, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Leadership and Development: Build a positive work environment, lead change initiatives, and develop future leaders.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, ensure quality standards, and compliance with procedures.
- Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for business development and enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience leading large teams with P&L responsibility, preferably in aviation or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
