Reporting to

Senior Operations Support Manager – Insight & Forecasting

We're seeking an experienced Operations Support Data Analyst to join our Performance & Planning team.

You'll be responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, supporting global reporting standards, and delivering high-quality performance reporting that drives operational decision-making.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational data journey from capture to reporting and insight.
  • Produce accurate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Validate data across operational systems, including Dayforce, Cargo Spot, DCM, FSC, i Care, ACL and Power BI.
  • Support system administration, DCM compliance and month-end reporting.
  • Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and ensure alignment with global reporting standards.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain reporting documentation and provide support for audits, station start-ups and training as required.

About You

You'll have

  • Operational experience within the aviation industry (essential).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing operational data.
  • Power BI experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.

Desirable

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification and experience supporting system implementations or reporting projects.
