Customer Services Supervisor
Location: Birmingham Airport
Swissport is looking for a motivated Supervisor Passenger Services to lead teams delivering exceptional support to passengers with reduced mobility. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for service and team leadership, this role puts you at the heart of the airport operation.
Expected Shift Pattern (subject to change) 4 on 4 off 37.5 hours a week
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
Manage attendance, performance and training needs
Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational procedures
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Oversee PRM resource planning, deployment and equipment maintenance
Liaise with airport authorities and maintain accurate operational data
Report and address incidents, supporting investigations and corrective actions
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience working in aviation, ideally in an airside operational role.
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- To have undertaken or be prepared to undertake active supervision within three months of being appointed into role
- Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages beneficial)
- A desire to lead and develop other teams and team members.
