We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Station Administrator to deliver efficient and effective administrative support, playing a pivotal role in keeping our recruitment and operational processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

As a Station Administrator, you’ll tackle a variety of key tasks, including:

  • Supporting recruitment activity by attending hiring days
  • Completing and maintaining accurate 5-year referencing checks for all new employees.
  • Handling blue airport pass applications, temporary pass requests, and associated documentation.
  • Scanning and uploading recruitment documents into online personnel files and maintaining accurate trackers.
  • Supporting recruitment events on-site and assisting with general event coordination.
  • Managing ID passes, vehicle permits, and trade tool permits.

  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using O365, SharePoint, MS Office tools, and ideally Dayforce.
