Responsibilities
- Maintain the general upkeep of the office and its equipment
- Support proactive management of health and safety concerns
- Liaise effectively with internal staff, customers, suppliers, and external professionals
- Organise meeting rooms and refreshments as required
- Deliver efficient clerical assistance and identify process improvements
- Use SharePoint and other systems for managing emails, documents, data, and records
- Handle stationery and equipment orders, including proof of delivery tracking
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and general enquiries
- Carry out other tasks as assigned to support the smooth running of the office
- Manage all aspects of outgoing/incoming mail, including franking, packaging, and timely dispatch to ensure efficient postal operations
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in Office Management and/or Executive Assistant roles, including line management
- Strong organisational, administrative, and secretarial capabilities
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse network of stakeholders
