The Cargo Commercial Admin Executive will assist the cargo commercial account managers with administrative and contract support, as well as assisting with Salesforce commercial reporting, compliance and data accuracy. The role involves the preparation and issuance of contracts, side letters and addendums in accordance with contractual provisions and in liaison with the designated Account Manager. The role holder will support with quarterly business reports and content for customer presentations.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Preparation and issuance of contracts, side letters and addendums in accordance with contractual provisions and in liaison with the designated Account Manager. Support with quarterly business reports and content for customer presentations. Maintain customer contact database.
- Data Ownership and Improvement: Support Salesforce data entry and governance, ensuring contract compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvements. Provide essential data for senior decision-makers, including the CEO and Board.
- Internal Governance: Ensure the team are compliant with internal corporate governance as required, flag and proactively resolve issues. Support the finance and commercial team with ad-hoc requests.
- Bid/Tender Process Involvement: Work closely with the cargo account managers and other departments. Identify opportunities to enhance bid response quality, consistency, and efficiency. Support the bid process from conception to finalization, ensuring compliance and responsiveness.
- Event Coordination and Commercial Projects: Organise and manage customer events. Management of cargo commercial projects when required.
Qualifications
- Strong Written English Language Skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand business needs and drive the success of commercial proposals.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Essential for effective collaboration.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience/Education:
- Experience of working in an admin role, preferably experience working with contracts and addendums.
- Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Aviation Industry Knowledge (Desirable): cargo expertise is a plus.
- Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM system would be desirable but not essential.
