About the Role: As a Lounge Host, you will report to the Team Leader and be a key member of the team ensuring guest expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception: Offer a warm welcome, efficient check-in, and manage capacity at peak times.
- Food and Beverage: Ensure food and beverage offerings are available and well presented, engage with guests, and guide them on options.
- General Host: Clear and clean tables, maintain organisation and cleanliness, and respond to guest questions.
- Back of House: Assist with stock delivery, waste management, and maintain hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Background in hospitality or customer services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Flexible to work shifts covering 03:30 – 21:00, 7 days a week.
