Aspire Lounges is seeking a Culinary Lead to join the back of house team at our London lounge. You will oversee stock ordering, food preparation and hygiene, while ensuring a high standard of guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
You will lead a shift, work closely with the hospitality team and ensure adherence to food safety standards, processes and allergen information across a variety of dishes. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings and weekends is required.
