The Role – Engineering Team Leader

• Manage and lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers, delivering engineering services within KPI guidelines.
• Coordinate daily activities of Resident Engineers through effective planning and organization.
• Represent Swisslog professionally at all times.
• Ensure work meets the Service Level Agreement for the customer.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Coach and mentor your team, serving as a positive role model.
• Understand team strengths and weaknesses.
• Lead under high pressure and in difficult situations.
• Follow safety regulations at all times.
• Prepare and participate in method statements, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement on site with your team, complying with health and safety legislation.

Bring to the team – The Person

• Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader is essential.
• Apprentice-trained Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with a minimum Level 3 Qualification.
• Experience with automation is essential.
• Able to work at heights.
• Effective communication at all levels for customer-facing roles.
• Adaptability to new and changing demands.
• Proactive knowledge sharing and integrity.
