Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve the quality management system, standards and processes.
  • Lead analysis of errors and defects in projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and products.
  • Analyze cost of poor quality, and enable the organization to reduce cost of poor quality.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive Problem Solving via Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions for projects.
  • Plan, conduct and support internal process, project and management system audits, to ensure compliance to a global ISO 9001 certification.
  • Oversee quality management processes for Supplier Quality, Supplier Ratings and Compliance.
  • Coordinate with international quality teams to standardize quality practices across regions.

Application Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an ISO 9001-regulated environment (or equivalent).
  • Deep knowledge of integrated management systems and certification, especially for ISO 9001.
  • Strong analytical skills in quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, A3’s and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Be available for travel to job sites, regional sites and global offices (25% travel).
  • Proven track record in reducing cost of poor quality and improving operational efficiency.

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business or a related field.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies.
  • Experience in international quality standards and regulations.
  • Project Management Certified (PMP).
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified.
  • Familiar with Health Safety and Environmental programs and practices (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001).
