Responsibilities
Make an impact
Engineering Support Operative, GXO Castle Donington. Working rotating 12-hour days and nights. Excellent company benefits to include private health care and a company contributory pension scheme.
- Respond promptly to faults both reactively and proactively within the workplace, while carrying out preventative maintenance checks to reduce jams and faults.
- Support engineering tasks under supervision and perform basic reactive/preventative repairs.
- Be the first point of contact when faults occur, report these issues, and escalate to the engineering team as needed.
- Support engineers, report defects, and suggest product improvements.
- Contribute to product knowledge and facilitate future technical support.

- Ability to climb a 30-metre vertical ladder (with WAH training).
