Due to continued expansion, Swisslog require a Purchasing Administrator on a part-time basis, 3 days a week, based at our Redditch Head Office. Swisslog have numerous contracts with customers providing fully automated logistics solutions in warehouses and the health care sector. The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and administer customer service contract renewals, ensuring the effective and timely receipt of signed contracts and purchase orders from the customer.
The Role:
- Administration of the contract renewal process for existing support contracts
- Prepare proposals and documentation for new support contracts, amendments and renewals of existing contracts
- Prepare, quote and administer customer 'add on’ orders, change requests and modifications
- Provide monthly reporting of overdue and imminent contract renewal
- Support customer requests for contractual changes, additional work and extension of scope
- Ensure documentation is conveyed to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure returned documentation is scanned and copies forwarded to the customer in a timely manner
We are looking for:
- Experience of purchasing or contracts administration
- Demonstrable experience of written English with strong grammar and comprehension alongside strong numerical skills
- Demonstrable ability at proof-reading documents with good attention to detail
- Proven experience of providing a high standard of customer service both internally and externally
- Professional approach to customer service
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
