Responsibilities
- Continuously improve the quality management system, standards and processes
- Lead analysis of errors and defects in projects
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and products
- Analyze cost of poor quality, and enable the organization to reduce cost of poor quality
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Drive Problem Solving via Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions for projects
- Plan, conduct and support internal process, project and management system audits, to ensure compliance to a global ISO 9001 certification
- Oversee quality management processes for Supplier Quality, Supplier Ratings and Compliance
- Coordinate with international quality teams to standardize quality practices across regions
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an ISO 9001-regulated environment (or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of integrated management systems and certification, especially for ISO 9001
- Strong analytical skills in quality tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, A3’s and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams
- Be available for travel to job sites, regional sites and global offices (25% travel)
- Proven track record in reducing cost of poor quality and improving operational efficiency
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business or a related field
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies
- Experience in international quality standards and regulations
- Project Management Certified (PMP)
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
- Familiar with Health Safety and Environmental programs and practices (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001)
