As a Customer Success & Delivery Specialist, you will be guiding clients through their journey with our RDS Platform for Corporates (formerly known as 'Risk Data & Services'). You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and driving adoption and value creation throughout the entire life cycle. You will ensure clients maximize value from using our platform while driving retention and expansion opportunities in collaboration with our sales and solutions teams.
In this role, you will work closely with Corporate Solutions insurance customer managers to ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers. The successful candidate would focus on clients in North America and might visit customers onsite from time to time.
