About the Role
As a Data & Process Specialist, you will be playing a key role in shaping and strengthening the L&H business architecture. This role has a strong focus on enabling end-to-end clarity, consistency, and measurable business impact. You will contribute to building a robust architectural foundation for how we manage value journeys and processes, govern decision-making, and leverage data to deliver L&H business priorities.
Key Responsibilities

- Establish and uphold capability and process management disciplines, including value journey prioritisation, process mapping, modelling and analysis as well as standardised documentation practices and standards.
- Analyse end-to-end value journeys to identify gaps in processes, data, ownership, and handoffs and document insights to support decision-making and prioritisation.
