In this global role, you’ll manage the business implementation of key tech enhancements, drive reporting & data improvements, coordinate the strong global collaboration with the underwriting community and lead a team to shape the future of our tools.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of L&H UW & Claims Tools, you’ll have the opportunity to lead key projects and a dedicated team. Your role will be instrumental in delivering our underwriting and claims strategy, including the technical enhancements needed for automation. In this role, you’ll collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including IT and vendors, to deliver optimal tools for the underwriting community.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading a team of individuals, setting clear goals and supporting them in the execution of our strategy to drive automation, operational efficiency & accuracy.
- Coordinating projects and teams across Global UW & Claims & IT, to deliver successful updates to our tools, tech, data and reporting.
- Providing support for our tools by testing technical upgrades, collecting and maintaining feedback, prioritizing key enhancements, and supporting technical releases.
- Support our data management & governance through our analytics, records life management and data protection practices.
- Collaborating closely with the Head L&H UW & Claims Tools to manage projects and engage in cross-functional cooperation to ensure successful project delivery.

Essentials:
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, transformation, strategic, or technical operational activities.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and a team in a global, matrix driven organization.
- Quality focused, attention to detail and solution oriented, able to simplify the complicated, handling multiple priorities, thinking laterally and working independently.
- Team player willing to work in a global, distributed team, allowing you to perform at a high level with others and independently.
- Underwriting, claims or Insurance industry experience is a plus.
