About the Role
As a Business Academy Learning Partner, you'll be the vital connection between our central learning function and business-led academies. You'll collaborate with leaders to understand their unique capability needs, then architect learning journeys that deliver measurable performance improvements while maintaining enterprise-wide standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between central learning and business-led academies
- Consult with business leaders and SMEs to understand capability needs and performance goals
- Co-design structured learning journeys that align business priorities with enterprise standards
- Guide business teams on learning architecture, sequencing and reuse of existing assets
- Ensure alignment with the leadership and transversal skills academies to prevent duplication
- Translate business needs into clear briefs for instructional design and platform build
- Manage expectations, priorities and trade-offs with business stakeholders
- Build capability in the business by coaching SMEs on effective learning contributions

Compensation & Work Model
The base salary range for this position is between 72,000 GBP and 108,000 GBP (full time equivalent). The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, and the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
Hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the office. We are ideally looking to hire this position in London, Zurich or Munich, however we will consider applications globally and can hire this position in any country in which Swiss Re operates.
