About the Role
- Identify use case, define business requirements and work with data & tech team to develop new portfolio monitoring capabilities.
- Strive for continuous enhancement in coverage, reliability and capability in portfolio monitoring tools.
- Drive change management and user adoption of portfolio monitoring tools, engaging and instilling excitement across target user groups in all markets globally.
- Define and/or build strategic linkages between distinctive data domains in order to generate new insights.
- Enhance L&H data quality via identifying gaps in upstream operational processes, and feedback to COO.
- Develop best practice or operating guidelines to complement monitoring tools and enable appropriate interpretation of signals.

L&H Portfolio Steering and Monitoring is a global function with the core mandate to generate insights and connect our business to proactively steer L&H Re in delivering sustainable profit.
About You
- Qualified or near qualified actuary with minimum 10 years experience in life re/insurance.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities with high agility for learning new tools/techniques.
- Storytelling and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills including data transformation, cleaning, visualisation and insights generation.
- Expert knowledge of data flow and system landscape in Valuation, Operations and/or Finance.
