Key Responsibilities
- Shape career strategy: Develop and evolve Swiss Re's enterprise career philosophy, designing scalable career frameworks, pathways, and progression models that support transparent and meaningful growth across functions, geographies, and disciplines.
- Lead internal mobility: Own Swiss Re's internal mobility strategy and governance, embedding principles and practices that encourage talent sharing, reduce organizational barriers, and ensure internal talent is proactively considered for opportunities.
- Enable digital mobility: Leverage talent marketplace technologies, skills data, and career platforms to increase visibility of opportunities and support short‑term experiences, gigs, and cross‑functional assignments.
- Elevate the career experience: Create intuitive, engaging career resources, toolkits, and manager enablement materials that empower employees to actively own their development.
- Champion inclusion: Ensure career frameworks and mobility practices support equitable access to opportunities across diverse career journeys, including lateral moves, stretch assignments, and expert career paths.

- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise‑wide talent or mobility strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using workforce data and insights to influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and influence across complex, matrixed stakeholder environments.
- Deep understanding of skills‑based talent practices, workforce transformation, and future capability building.

Salary
For London, the base salary range for this position is between GBP 74,000 and CHF 110,000 for a full‑time role. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance‑based annual bonus.
Hybrid work model
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
