This role requires extensive travel around London, South East and East of England.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
  • To deliver leads and appointments resulting in the generation of written business, in order to meet the company’s business targets.
  • To build on existing relationships with key individuals in the local Healthcare networks, and secure and nurture new relationships via networking, personal introductions and promotional activity.
  • To manage such relationships on a local basis on behalf of the company, including those with local partnership representatives where appropriate.
  • To organise, deliver and manage educational and PR-focussed events both of a digital and face to face nature to an exceptional standard, creating positive brand awareness and a receptive environment.
  • To identify and target client contact opportunities that will support the Chase de Vere growth strategy and proactively seek out new opportunities for Chase de Vere that will engage new clients to the company and generate leads and future business for the Financial Advisers.
  • To act as an ambassador for the company’s Healthcare business in their designated territory and raise the profile of the Chase de Vere brand in the professional services and member organisations market.
  • To facilitate the smooth transfer of client referrals to the advisory force, and to work with the marketing and Lead Management Team to ensure robust records are maintained with regards to referrals and outcomes.
  • To hold regular review meetings with the Senior Managers and advisers in order to provide feedback and to ensure that focus is maintained to deliver business results and an exceptional client experience.
  • To support and communicate corporate messages to the highest standards, as required.
  • To attend national Healthcare and marketing events in a networking capacity and to help assist in lead generation if / when required.
  • To support the company’s Healthcare marketing strategy and assist in growing the company’s prospect and marketing database in the appropriate territory location.
  • To provide a high quality of service to all clients and future clients both internally and externally in line with Company policies.
  • To create, maintain and regularly update workbooks and files that fall within the appropriate location territory.
  • To maintain robust records of contacts, activity and outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Experience of approaching, securing and developing business relationships.
  • Previous experience of initiating, arranging and managing the delivery of events and Business Development Specialist knowledge of the Healthcare market (specifically Medical, Dental or veterinarian) would be beneficial.
  • Ability to engage audiences on a one to one and group platform.
  • Confident and comfortable addressing large audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Flexible approach to the work environment, gaining a foothold into the medical market.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Self-discipline to be able to work at home.
  • Presentation skills, sales and networking confidence.
