The Senior Manager role leads our financial advisers, driving performance, coaching excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Senior Manager – Responsibilities
  • Develop objectives and business plans for team members.
  • Coaching and mentoring advisers to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Hold responsibility for overall team performance and deliverables.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Paraplanning Managers and senior leadership.
  • Implement effective training and development programmes.
  • Maintain FCA Statement of Principles and Code of Practice compliance.
  • Conduct regular observations, one‑to‑one meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities via data analysis and market research.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Dip PFS) – essential.
  • Equivalent judging of supervision in a regulated environment (J07) – distinct advantage.
  • Significant managerial experience leading independent financial advisers.
  • Strong knowledge of the advisory process and FCA regulatory framework.
  • Proven commercial acumen with the ability to deliver outcomes through others.
  • Flexible coaching style suitable for advisers of varied experience levels.
  • Adept at working in a fast‑paced environment while fostering positive team relationships.
