Swiss Butter - Holborn is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to own guest-experience continuity from queue entry through seating, table journey and farewell. The ARM ensures queue accuracy, seating flow and timely handovers while disruptions are managed without compromising service.
You will lead FOH operations, develop Shift Leaders and support the Restaurant Manager, with progression toward Restaurant Manager and beyond within the Swiss Butter framework.
