A well-established SME in Knowsley is seeking a Paint Sprayer to join their team. On offer is an hourly rate of £16.00 and hours are full-time Monday to Friday. This role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis with potential for permanent employment.
Mon-Thurs 08:00 - 16:30, Fri 08:00 - 13:00
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ensuring all components are prepped and sprayed ensuring the highest standard of finish.
- Have previous experience with two pack paints, working to material manufacturer guidelines and be capable of producing high quality work.
- Be able to work individually and within a team to meet production targets.
- Follow clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues.
- Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations.
- Maintaining production area housekeeping.
- Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently.
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Monitor stock levels of paint and consumable equipment and reorder when necessary.
- Perform other duties outside of your usual role as and when needed; you will be trained on any extra duties you do.
Key Skills And Experience:
- This role is ideally suited to a hands-on, organised, proactive and self-motivated individual.
- Paint spraying/prepping and finalising experience ideally in a commercial industry.
- Consistently high standard of workmanship.
- Previous experience of working with two pack paint.
- Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained.
- Minimum 3 years experience required.
