We're recruiting an Assistant Product Manager to join a market-leading branded business, supporting the development and management of an exciting range of products.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years' experience in Product, Category, NPD, Marketing or a commercial/buying support role who is ready to broaden their experience and develop into a Product Manager.
You'll gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle, including:
- Supporting new product development from concept through to launch
- Researching market trends, competitors and consumer insights
- Managing product data, pricing and portfolio analysis
- Coordinating product samples, testing and supplier communication
- Supporting packaging, product launches and sales materials
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to deliver successful product launches
No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and seeing products come to life.
What we're looking for:
- Around 1–2 years' experience in Product, Category, NPD, Marketing or a commercial/buying support role
- Experience within FMCG or consumer goods would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical ability and confidence working with Excel and product data
- A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine passion for product development
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work across multiple departments
