Swire is currently seeking experienced and structured professionals with a hands-on approach and proactive mindset for Site Supervisor / Service Lead positions within the wind industry.
Location: UK Offshore / North East
Rotation: 14 days on/ 14 days off
Start date: TBC
Length of project: Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily on-site activities and ensuring the smooth execution of installation processes
- Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any unsafe conditions
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily progress reports and work reports to a high standard
- Providing regular updates on project developments to Line Manager and escalating delays or critical issues in line with company policy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position within the wind industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure, with the ability to adapt to change
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous GE Haliade-X experience would be advantageous
