We’re looking for a dedicated Blades technician Recruiter to join our dynamic Sourcing team in Poland/Szczecin or UK/Hull. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our global wind projects by ensuring the right technicians are placed at the right time and place to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performance work.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and match candidates to technical project needs in close collaboration with Operations and Planning teams.
- Manage job advertisements, applications, and interview coordination for blade roles.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive international technician database, ensuring candidate certifications and compliance are tracked.
- Build a steady pipeline of skilled Blade technicians aligned with current and future project requirements.
- Coordinate with third‑party recruitment suppliers and manage candidate agreements and onboarding.
- Develop and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed to hire.
- Support ongoing workforce planning and forecasting alongside project planners.
- Use internal systems and digital tools for candidate tracking and reporting.
- Assist in general recruitment admin and support ad‑hoc hiring needs as they arise.
You are
- You hold a relevant qualification, ideally in HR, recruitment, or business administration, and have hands‑on experience recruiting technical personnel—preferably in the wind, energy, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical job profiles and workforce requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Structured and detail‑oriented approach to managing data and candidate pipelines.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- A team‑oriented, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
