Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience) + Monthly Bonus Scheme

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm | Sat 8:00am-1:00pm | Sun & Bank Holidays Closed

Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable Tyre Technician to join a reputable, fast-growing automotive service centre. If you're confident in fitting, balancing, and inspecting tyres - and you pride yourself on delivering efficient, high-quality service - this is an excellent opportunity to progress in a stable and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Removing, fitting, and balancing tyres to a high standard
  • Inspecting tyres for damage, wear, and safety issues
  • Carrying out wheel alignment adjustments
  • Advising customers on tyre safety and replacement options
  • Maintaining workshop equipment and ensuring a clean, safe environment
  • Completing job cards and service documentation accurately
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the workshop team

You’ll consistently deliver work to industry standards while maintaining excellent safety and customer service practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a tyre technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and inspection
  • A careful, methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
