Join a Leading Ford Dealership in Wantage. Our client is a well-respected Ford dealership that is continuing to grow thanks to its excellent reputation for customer service and quality workmanship. We're now looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their busy workshop team in Wantage. You'll be working with a trusted automotive brand, supported by Ford Academy training, and rewarded with great pay, ongoing career development, and a friendly working environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Perform warranty and safety checks in line with Ford guidelines
- Record detailed job sheets and parts used accurately in the system
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Work effectively as part of a close-knit team
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- MOT Tester (preferred but not essential; training provided)
- Excellent technical and fault-finding skills
- Strong communicator with good attention to detail
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence required
