Join a Leading Ford Dealership in Wantage. Our client is a well-respected Ford dealership that is continuing to grow thanks to its excellent reputation for customer service and quality workmanship. We're now looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their busy workshop team in Wantage. Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Perform warranty and safety checks in line with Ford guidelines
  • Record detailed job sheets and parts used accurately in the system
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Work effectively as part of a close-knit team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • MOT Tester (preferred but not essential; training provided)
  • Excellent technical and fault-finding skills
  • Strong communicator with good attention to detail
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence required
