Salary: £26,500 - £29,500 (Depending on Experience) + Monthly Bonus Scheme

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm | Sat 8:00am-1:00pm | Sun & Bank Holidays Closed

The Role

  • Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression
  • Booking appointments, managing diaries, and organising the daily schedule
  • Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and customer queries
  • Preparing job cards and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
  • Communicating with technicians and updating customers on progress
  • Taking payments and issuing invoices
  • Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area
  • Supporting the smooth running of the garage with general administrative tasks

You’ll deliver excellent customer care while helping maintain an efficient and professional front-of-house service.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or advisor role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
