The Role
- Greeting customers and providing a welcoming first impression
- Booking appointments, managing diaries, and organising the daily schedule
- Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and customer queries
- Preparing job cards and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
- Communicating with technicians and updating customers on progress
- Taking payments and issuing invoices
- Maintaining a tidy, well-presented reception area
- Supporting the smooth running of the garage with general administrative tasks
You’ll deliver excellent customer care while helping maintain an efficient and professional front-of-house service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or advisor role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems and booking software
- A positive attitude and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
