About the role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at one of our automotive tyre centres. This will involve (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring branch budget is achieved
  • Line management of reporting staff
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online
  • Ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels
  • Hands-on workshop role if and when required
  • Interview, induct and engage all new staff

Working hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Sat: 08:30 - 17:00
  • One weekday off (3 weeks out of 4)
  • One full Saturday off every fourth week
  • No Sundays

  • Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Must have full UK driving licence.
