The Role

  • Diagnosing and fault-finding
  • Carrying out high-level repairs and technical work
  • Supporting and guiding other technicians in the workshop
  • Troubleshooting issues efficiently to minimise downtime
  • Completing job cards and documentation accurately
  • Delivering work to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Providing technical advice to customers and colleagues

You’ll consistently deliver high-quality workmanship, follow industry guidelines, and uphold all health & safety requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a technician
  • Strong diagnosing capability and technical knowledge
  • Confidence with electrical systems and complex repairs
  • A methodical, detail-focused approach
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) preferred
