About the role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for all operations and staff management at one of our automotive tyre centres. This will involve (but not limited to):
- Ensuring branch budget is achieved
- Line management of reporting staff
- Dealing with customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online
- Ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved
- Monitoring and managing stock levels
- Hands-on workshop role if and when required
- Interview, induct and engage all new staff
Working hours:
- Mon-Fri: 08:00 - 18:00
- Sat: 08:30 - 17:00
- One weekday off (3 weeks out of 4)
- One full Saturday off every fourth week
- No Sundays
Essential Skills
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A proven track record in a fast-fit tyre centre environment
- Strong knowledge of tyres and routine mechanical work
- The ability to work closely with the branch team and lead by example
- Strong people management skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- The energy to thrive and motivate in a target-driven environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service across the branch
- Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Must have full UK driving licence.
