As an Assistant Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations and workload planning
- Providing technical support and guidance to technicians where required
- Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer queries
- Managing job cards, paperwork, and service documentation accurately
- Helping to drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
You'll play a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient workshop while upholding the company's quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an automotive workshop environment
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to support workshop staff
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
- A full UK driving licence
- Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification preferred (or equivalent)
