Our client is a well-established, family-run garage looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their friendly team. They pride themselves on honest service, long-standing customer relationships, and a supportive working environment.
The Role
- Being the main point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
- Providing clear explanations of work required and associated costs
- Liaising between customers and the workshop team
- Updating customers on vehicle progress and completion times
- Handling invoices, payments, and basic administration
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
- A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Good IT and administrative skills
