The Role: As Bodyshop Controller , you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our busy accident repair centre. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow management, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee the bodyshop, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard. ? Allocate work to technicians, maximising efficiency and productivity. ? Conduct quality control checks to maintain excellent repair standards. ? Liaise with estimators, front-of-house staff, and insurance companies. ?
