Swinton Park Hotel is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will work 48 hours per week, across 5 days in 7, with hands-on experience in preparing seasonal dishes and learning about provenance from our kitchen garden and local suppliers.
