We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Country Club & Spa Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our country club and spa facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitising all areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our members and guests to enjoy. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitisation: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing of floors, walls, and surfaces in public areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, lounges, and spa facilities. Clean and disinfect restrooms, showers, and spa treatment rooms with a focus on hygiene and sanitation. Vacuum carpets, wash windows, and clean mirrors to maintain a pristine appearance. Replenish soap, towels, toilet paper, and other supplies as needed.
- Spa & Pool Areas: Maintain cleanliness in poolside areas, ensuring poolside furniture is tidy, and clean. Poolside floors, steam rooms, sauna are clean during the day.
- Detailing & Touch-ups: Spot clean surfaces as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the day. Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
- Special Requests: Respond promptly to cleaning requests from management, staff, and members. Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events or meetings within the club as needed.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or country club setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
