We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our Terrace team.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to guests visiting our Terrace restaurant and bar.

You will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through attentive service, excellent product knowledge, and a warm, professional approach.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every guest receives a high standard of care.
  • Provide recommendations and confidently promote menu items, beverages, and specials.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond courteously to guest enquiries and assist with any requests.
  • Bar Operations
  • Maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout service.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including bar setup and close-down duties.
  • Cash Handling & Compliance
  • Follow all cash handling and payment procedures accurately.
  • Ensure all guest charges and end-of-shift reconciliations are completed correctly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
  • Complete daily operational checklists and records as required.
  • Team Support
  • Arrive for shifts punctually and presented in the correct uniform.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by supervisors or managers.
