Swinton Estate is seeking a Luminescence Marshal & Technician for a fixed-term period to support the winter light trail. You will welcome visitors, guide flow, assist with lighting and sound setups, and help maintain safe, high‑quality outdoor spaces during the event.
The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. The contract runs from 5 October 2026 to 26 February 2027 and pays £10,500 for this period, based on 32 hours per week.
