Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Provide detailed information about spa facilities, treatments, and packages, tailoring recommendations to guests’ preferences.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
Facility Coordination
- Ensure the spa environment is immaculate and inviting, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities.
- Monitor the stock of towels, robes, and refreshments, replenishing as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Team Support
- Collaborate with therapists and spa management to maintain seamless daily operations.
- Support therapists by managing schedules, preparing rooms, and facilitating smooth transitions between appointments.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about spa services and initiatives.
Administrative Duties
- Manage bookings and check-ins using the spa’s reservation system.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing for services and retail products.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or spa environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
