The Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Sous Chef who is keen to develop and learn new skills, and is both reliable and respectful.
Who We Are
Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award-winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.
