Laundry Assistant/ Driver in Ripon

Part time, 16 hours per week, working 2 days over 7 (to include weekends on a rota basis). £12.71 per hour, plus TRONC.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laundry Assistant/Driver. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our laundry facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect linen from Swinton Park Hotel, Swinton Country Club & Spa and Swinton Bivouac.
• Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment.
• Fold, stack, and package laundered items neatly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area.
• Assist in inventory management and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Deliver clean linens and garments to the appropriate departments.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or requests promptly.

Candidates should:

• Have experience in a cleaning environment.
• Have a valid UK driving license.
• Be guest focused.
• Be highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Focused on providing excellent customer service.
