Full time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7. Salary of £27,000 per annum, plus monthly TRONC and fantastic commission opportunities (£32,000 OTE).
We are seeking an inspiring leader with a passion for wellness, exceptional service, and team development to join our Country Club & Spa team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and confident professional to lead our therapist department, elevate the guest experience, and support the spa in achieving outstanding commercial and service results.
Who we are: Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing, we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award-winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac, a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least, the Swinton cookery school.
Key responsibilities:
- Maximise treatment room occupancy and treatment yield
- Create effective therapist rotas to optimise payroll against sales
- Oversee stock control, ordering, deliveries and storage
- Review and refresh the treatment menu in line with brand standards
- Handle guest service recovery professionally across all communication channels
