We are looking for an organised, professional and people-focused Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team on a fixed term maternity cover contract. The Role
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will provide essential administrative support across the HR department, ensuring our people processes are delivered consistently, accurately and with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. No two days are the same at Swinton Estate, and this role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the employee journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR department, including maintaining sensitive employee records
- Assisting with recruitment administration, including preparing adverts and managing vacancies through our ATS system
- Supporting onboarding processes, including right to work checks, offer letters and contracts of employment
- Assisting with payroll and pension administration
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accuracy within the Harri people management system
- Supporting managers with absence management and probation processes
- Assisting with training administration and coordination
- Producing reports and supporting HR data analysis
- Coordinating employee communications, newsletters and wellbeing initiatives
- Managing employee uniform orders and distribution
- Supporting staff accommodation administration, inspections and maintenance coordination
- Assisting with policy and procedure updates and implementation
- Providing note-taking support during meetings when required
