We have just recently refurbished The Castle Bar, a cosy bar looking out over the south lawn which is open to residents and non‑residents and situated close to Samuel’s restaurant. You will ensure exceptional service is provided consistently to all our guests. This exciting position includes serving beverages, whilst working closely with the restaurant manager and head chef. Our bespoke cocktail list and walled garden will inspire you to produce the highest standard of cocktails from Swinton’s ingredients.
