We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people focused HR Co‑Ordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, providing guidance to employees, and supporting managers with day-to-day HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR
  • HRIS Proficiency
  • Fundamental understanding of the employee lifecycle including onboarding experience
  • Training co‑ordination (desirable)
  • Payroll processing (desirable)
  • Ability to analyse key data and reporting (desirable)
