Swinton Estate is seeking a maintenance operative to carry out upkeep of the Swinton Estate buildings, farms, hotel, spa, Bivouac and staff accommodation. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure all safety and environmental standards are met to support guest comfort and operational excellence.
The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, a UK driving licence, and the ability to work on call.
