Our culture is built on continuous improvement, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose. We place a strong emphasis on the wellbeing of our team, recognising that our people are at the heart of everything we do.

    • Assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
    • Follow kitchen opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Teamwork & Development
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the kitchen and wider hotel team.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
    • Attend training and development opportunities to further your skills and career.
    • Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by senior chefs.
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene
    • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout your section and the wider kitchen.

    • Identify and report hazards, defects, or maintenance issues promptly.
    • Follow all emergency, fire, and company procedures.
