Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Breakfast Chef to join our accomplished kitchen team at Samuel’s. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring an outstanding start to the day for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Breakfast Service: Prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and exceptional presentation.
- Menu Adherence: Execute the breakfast menu crafted by our culinary team, incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Time Management: Work efficiently to ensure the timely service of breakfast dishes, maintaining a calm and organized kitchen environment.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Stock Control: Manage inventory for breakfast service, ensuring ingredients are available and minimizing waste.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth transition to later dining services.
