We're looking for a talented Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our global Marketing team on an exciting 9-12 month maternity cover contract.
Reporting to our UK Lead Graphic Designer, you'll help shape and evolve the Swingers brand across a wide range of creative projects.
From large-scale campaigns and venue launches to digital marketing, social content and premium print collateral, you'll play an important role in bringing the brand to life across our current venues in London, New York, Boston and Washington DC.
This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong conceptual thinking, excellent technical skills and a passion for creating premium, detail-driven work.

What You'll Do
- Work alongside the global Design and Marketing teams to deliver creative projects across the UK and US.
- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality design across both print and digital platforms.
- Have a keen eye for detail, producing artwork to a high standard while spotting opportunities to improve creative output.
- Adapt confidently to different creative styles, themes and visual directions, from illustration-led work to campaign concepts.
- Design campaign creative, venue collateral, menus, signage, packaging, presentations and marketing assets.
- Create engaging digital content for websites, email marketing, social media and paid campaigns.
- Produce artwork from concept through to final production, ensuring files are accurate and print-ready.
- Maintain and evolve the Swingers visual identity across every customer touchpoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects to a consistently high standard.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have
- Around 3-4 years' experience in either an in-house or agency design role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, brand thinking, illustration and editorial design.
- Experience creating work confidently and efficiently across both print and digital channels.
- Confidence working within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas and suggesting ways to enhance existing work.
- Excellent artwork skills with strong print production knowledge.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway and similar platforms.
Demonstrates an interest in emerging creative technologies and understands how AI can enhance the creative process
- Experience designing campaigns across social media, websites, presentations and marketing collateral.
- The ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritise work in a fast-moving environment.
- Great communication skills and confidence presenting ideas within the team.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn, develop and embrace new ways of working.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related creative discipline preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop).
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, concept development and design workflows.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent print production and artwork experience.
- Illustration or icon design experience.
- Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media and email marketing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Desirable
- Experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
- Basic understanding of Figma or digital UI design.
- Hospitality, lifestyle, retail or entertainment brand experience.
